Acceptance By using archhomeinspections.com you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Services The site provides information about inspection services and a contact/quote form; no inspection contract is formed until confirmed in writing between you and Arch Home Inspections.
User obligations Use the site lawfully. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information via the contact form.
Intellectual property All site content is owned or licensed by Arch Home Inspections. You are granted a limited license to view content for personal, non‑commercial use.
Disclaimers Site content is for informational purposes only. Inspection services are governed by separate inspection agreements; the site does not replace professional inspection reports.
Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arch Home Inspections is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at fees paid to Arch Home Inspections in the prior 12 months.
Indemnity You indemnify Arch Home Inspections for claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada; disputes resolved in BC courts.
