About Fred
Fred is the owner of ARCH Home Inspections and graduated from Inspection Support Services Inc. in 2017. He focuses on thorough, reliable property inspections in British Columbia, ensuring that every client receives the highest quality service and detailed reports.
With a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Leon and over eight years of construction experience, Fred brings extensive knowledge to every inspection. He has worked as a designer for Progressive Kitchens and Kirkwood Kitchens, giving him unique insight into both residential and commercial construction.
Fred’s passion for excellence and transparency drives him to deliver inspections that exceed expectations. He is committed to helping clients make informed decisions about their property investments through comprehensive, honest assessments.
